hello hello!! i have totally neglected this space for like super long! totally didnt have the motivation to blog! had wanted to blog about all my overseas trips but didnt as well :(

oh well since today is last day of 2011, wanted to write something here for like memory sake. so here goes!

The number 1 highlight of 2011 definitely had to be me graduating from ntu and entering the working world. even though i procrastinated for the longest time in getting a job, but i eventually did! in case u all dunno! i have started work at sp services for 2 months alr :). so far still very happy there :)

other smaller stuff would be shifting place and going on 3 overseas trips without my parents! going with friends is fun but i would love to go on a family trip again! the last one was like 2 yrs ago? :(

i would say 2011 treated me rather well! aside from taking a long time to find a job, i really have no other complaints!

let's hope that 2012 will be a really good year for my career and i hope to get a partner soon! been single like forever! #foreveralone! haha!!

KL Trip Part I

heyyy everyone. shall do up my KL trip post since I am like uber free now. I know this is like one month late but better late than never right? so here it goes.

Day 1 - 21 july
So we took a coach up to Shah Alam. I must say it was super cool cause we stopped at a pit stop as what I like to call it. and from the pit stop we had police escort all the way to UiTM. abit wayang la but it feels good to feel like a vip right? and after that we had like some opening ceremony etc and checked into our hotel. it was like some apartment style place but it had this stinky smell la. and straight away we had our official practice at sunway.

Day 2
So day 2 we had our singles event. was okay la all that i could remember i was 18 position and 30 pins from masters. Most memorable thing of the whole competition. we had lunch at this thai restaurant which was pretty good. and as usual i love doing dumb things like trying to bite the pineapple which housed the pineapple fried rice. Dinner was bubba gum which was good as well.

Day 3
day 3 was doubles event. slipped further from masters leaving a monstrous task to climb. remembered me and my doubles partner bowled a 207 for one of our games. how coincidental was that, and that put us in 3rd for one round and we slipped to 4th and byebye after that :((

we had dinner at this hawker centre which i cant remember the name. pretty cool we ordered like alot of food and each of us only like paid rm20 which is like 8 sing only!

Day 4
was team event and masters event day. i bowled really badly for the first 3 games. sadness.

okay so that was the end of bowling for UiTm 2011! So all the fun kicks in! Straight away after team event i sneaked off to meet roomie and jiahui! was suppose to support masters but i came back like late oops! so we went to eat this:

honestly, I dunno what its called or where i ate it at except it was at basement of sunway!

and after bowling we had closing ceremony at UiTM at night. nothing really great la but I like their malay music! okay so thats a wrap for UiTM 2011! and also my last trip with bowlers whom I definitely will miss! leave u all with a pic of our awesome bowling team:

weeeee!! finally graduated! 30 July 2011 marks the day I end my schooling life at least for now! :)

And in this 3 years, there are many things that I am grateful for:

1) My very supportive family
2) All my friends in NBS that I got to know during these 3 years
3) ABC Social Comm
4) The AWESOME bowling people :DD
5) Not forgetting the Hall 12 ppl whom I lived with for 3 years and all the different committees I was in.

And so I had to make a trip back for a mandatory photo :)

I'll be off for my third overseas trip since graduating! last overseas bowling trip with the bowling ppl :(

anyway went to the Starhub TVB Awards Show last Saturday. It was really awesome that I managed to win tickets. But sadly, I didnt get to see linda chung :( First time at the MBS Convention Centre too!

and I broke my top score in bowling on Saturday as well. bowled a 278 during some SP friendly! hopefully I can reproduce that on Fri/Sat/Sun! :))

anyway I hope that this time round I will be able to achieve something. I really want it and I will try my very best and i am gonna fight thru my knee injury :) wish me luck :DD

It has been about one month since I have updated this little space. I do believe that hardly anyone reads this anymore! But I am still gonna update so that I can look back next time!

So what have been up to recently. I was in taiwan for about 9 days from 5th to 13th! Taiwan was really awesome and i miss Taiwan already :(( And so since I came back since then, I have been really slack. Only bowling and studying for my M5 exam have been keeping me busy.

NTU Invi on 18 jun was great. In fact, one of my better days! bowled a 187 avg and we got sixth for team event and I got 10th position for singles! :)) And just last Saturday, I had SMU Doubles. Argh speaking of which was quite a disaster. Bowled badly ard 17+. Total disappointment. Just yesterday, I went to bowl 9 pin tap at planet bowl. Bowled an awesome first 2 games, only to drop drastically for 3. I seem to have serious concentration lapse nowadays. Idk why either. Happened to me for the past 2 coms i bowled in. But I am happy i got a 266! haha not that it is high for 9 pin tap, but I had 11 strikes in that game :)) haha i am going again this coming sunday!

In other news, I am still unemployed! damn it la seriously! haha. anyway in other happier news, i passed my m5 exam today! so happy. actually i completed it within 40 mins when we were given 2 hrs. but being the kiasu singaporean, i checked thru 100 qns! yes 100!

i tried typing properly like starting with capital letters after a full stop, but i found it hard. so that explains the first 2 paragraphs looking weird. haha. anyway i am still thinking if i should do a post on my taiwan trip with photos or without. cause uploading photos here is a bitch. anyway photos are up on my facebook alr. i shall update on taiwan real soon! till then tata~

havent been updating for one month! i am super busy with lots of exams for like the first 20 days of may and i just got back from philippines! so stay tuned for updates from philippines if i can do up a post before i leave for taipei. but i doubt i will have the time. anyway just a quick one liner about my philippines trip. i had awesome loads of fun, especially with the ateneo people bringing us around. thanks a million :)

didnt go out and have some fancy celebration! had a simple celebration at home! i am more homely person. i had almost 80 wishes on facebook and not forgetting those by sms and twitter! feel so loved can! :DDD didnt expect so many people to wish me! yay!!

anyway i suddenly felt like turning back time to christmas where i went to KL. oh mannn i am missing the carefree life back then alr with no worries! can i be still in school pls? of course i dun want to be in school for the wrong reasons. you ppl should know why since its exam time! HAHA!

great disappointment

okay so here goes. i didnt get the job i wanted. super big disappointment. went all the way to final round but didnt get it. gotta go look for jobs all over again. but i guess i will only do so after i come back from grad trip. in no big rush anyway. on second thoughts, the pay is not that great, all depends on the variable component. thats it i shall move on.

anyway last day of lessons ever on tuesday. time really flies. i could still remember days in tr 1 was not too long back. oh well. 2 exams coming up then its off to philippines and taiwan. job woes shall continue after mid june. till then tata

went to church today! and i learnt something new! its impossible to have world peace! but we can have peace with ourselves and peace with god! because if we cannot even have peace with ourselves, how are we gonna have peace with others? how true!

getting pissed off with people easily over minor issues, honking or pointing the finger at people when they cut into ur lane suddenly are some examples of not having peace with yourself and all these are inherent in me. i'll try to be a better person i promise! its hard but i am gonna try real hard!

and i learnt that the victory sign the other way round stands for the finger! HAHAHA

hello ppl! so sorry for the sad lack of updates. its just that i had been too busy with lots of stuff lately. just realised last proper update was about a mth ago when recess ended.

i was super busy rushing out my fyp all the way till like the 7th. so glad that our fyp was smooth sailing. at least to me, i feel that our fyp is good. hopefully my prof thinks the same way. thanks to my awesome grp mates eric and jj.

yup so after that i was busy with my last ever quiz in nbs which is 219 quiz. i hate myself for making stupid silly mistakes seriously. its not that i dunno how to do. carelessness always kills it.

okay schs gonna end in 2 weeks and after that 20 odd days my last paper. i have more than 10 days to study for 307 and and like 8 or 9 days for 219. misery or what? i doubt i will study so many days also. after that is philippines! cant wait! but poor me havent found a job yet. i hope i secure one before going off to have fun :)

in the mean time, those that are struggling with all the end of sem rush of tests and projects, JIAYOU! i have been there before and its painful! tata for now :D

heyy everybody!

my last recess week is over in a flash :( and what i have been up to? nothing besides fyp. fyp sucks lah seriously. i rather take 2x modules in place of it. still lots of editting to be done. and 7 apr is the date to submit! faster come!

oohh la la. got my quizzes back! the 307 which i tot was down the drain. guess what? i did well! omgosh i totally didnt expect it. 80% that is :)

my 219 quiz although i got quite high but disappointing la. all careless mistakes if not full marks hah! sadded!

anyway nothing much to blog about these days. just trying to keep this space alive till i have something exciting to blog about.

i guess its better for me to focus my energy on getting my fyp and other stuff done than to waste it trying to persuade people to go for convo ball! i shall just look forward to the phillipines trip with the bowling ppl and my grad trip! cant be bothered with these people who make empty promises just to entertain me.

reason for not going: too expensive. i know it may be expensive to some, but if you look at it, last time that we will do it right?

the only regret about going to nbs is not going for nbs camp! if i had gone to nbs camp, would have easily been able to form tables.

nvm i shall not bother about this crap anymore.

last week had its ups and downs! the happy news first! week was pretty good as it was nbs week! it was really fun to be part of the planning and in all the action! usually, i would not even bother attending the event in the past, even if i do, it would be just to see for a while! yup so i guess my decision to join last time was right after all. it was nice meeting new people and trying out something new. though sometimes i got a little bored cause they are mostly year 1s! haha!

equities quiz was good i hope! and the boo boo of the week was the darn 307 quiz! and there were also some problems with convo ball table forming, glad that it was all settled.

got myself a new ball like finally. i didnt change my ball for like 6 years since jc2! so its time to get one right? got the storm virtual gravity nano! so far pretty satisfied with it! gotta practice more with it! i wanna learn to send out the ball! but so far i am pretty comfortable with my new ball :) and it has an orange mint smell!

alrights so this week is recess week! my final recess ever! but i gonna spend it doing fyp at least i no need study or do any assignments! i must say i am really blessed to have really good fyp mates!

ohhh and not forgetting, the disaster that happened in japan! i am really sad to see japan in such a state of destruction and mess. japan after all is my favourite country! pray for japan and all the people there!

helloooo, sorry for neglecting you my blog!

my tuesdays are now totally terrible. bad mistake to put 8.30am to 4.30pm. and most of the time still have fyp meeting with prof after that. and training from 8pm to 10pm! dang 12 hours straight w/o my much needed afternoon nap!

today was one classic example. to add on today had pop quiz for 307, but luckily i decided to be goodie over the weekend and attempted some qns in tutorial so not so bad! went career fair after that walk ard look see! then go training! and now i am thinking of some stuff for nbs week!

ohh and to add on, i know i have lots of stuff to do, but i just drag it on to each day! awesome?

alrightss gotta rush out my stuff now! sim open this sat! and phillipines after exam with the bowling peeps! yay!! tata for now!

the rabbit year!

hello! its the year of the rabbit! which is also my year!! cny this year was really the same as all other years. went visiting on cny day 1. only visited my 2 auntie's house. first auntie's house was quite boring. nothing to do there. next auntie's house was more interesting. quite fun! but none of my relative's house got gambling la sian.

second day just nua at home since no more visiting to do. 3rd day went to meng yang's house for gathering with the sec sch friends. steamboat and played banluk. haha won a few dollars only but fun. i nv gamble before! total noob!

and for the record, i ate 4 steamboats during the first few days of cny. hall steamboat on sunday before cny. (btw i think it was a total rip-off. other halls have theirs at places like raffles country club and they pay 20 bucks we paid 16 for one in hall. boo. and they still collect money to revive the hall idols which i think its also a rip-off). steamboat number 2 was on chu xi. steamboat number 3 on chu san and steamboat number 4 on chu si.

in addition to that, all the bak kwa and the pineapple tarts and i was still to lazy to go run yesterday to get rid of the horrendous fats. haha.

anyway some updates on some events before cny. i think i got into ivp this year like finally. bowled my best in like 3 years. proud of myself. bowled a 19+ avg on first day and 17+ on day 2. yup so its 186 for 12 games :) lots of bowling events and trainings this month. happy!!

alrighto so thats the update. i am playing this angel mortal game in hall which i totally dunno what to write to my angel. haha. tata for now! :)

hello!! school has started alr. had 8 hours of lessons straight from 8.30am to 4.30pm. now i am undecided whether to take bf219 or bf322. i just managed to add 322 yesterday. went for 219 yest, it was really interesting to me and i really liked that mod. but exam ends on last day of whole ntu exams and theres a project. 322 exam is one day before my 307 paper.

shall go for 322 tmr before deciding!

had fyp meeting after that like finally after one sem! and bowling training after that.

iv selections this sat and sun. hopefully this time i will make it. i really wish to get in :)

today i spent the whole day sleeping like a pig. i woke up at 12 and slept again from 1 to 4.30pm. gosh!

goodbye holidays

holidays have ended :( time to start my final sem in sch!

the first part of the last week of holidays was pure fun! had bowling chalet on mon and tues! finally i learned how to play mahjong! woohoo! other than that, had bbq on first night and played all kinds of stupid games. results night on mon night spoilt some fun for ppl i guess. i checked only on tues night. second day had more stupid games, bowling with house balls, and food trail. all in all, it was great fun with the bowling ppl over the 2 days.

er so about results, i guess it was okay. only one disappointment the stupid 311. but at least is not worse than what i got. so i just gonna forget about it. only happy thing is my bf214 :)

wed had to go back to sch like at 9 in the morning for some workshop, but i guess it was worth it cause i learned something new? and thurs and fri was just spent nua-ing at home! gosh what a waste of 2 days.

finally attended training again on sat. feels good to bowl again. i think probably getting back on track i hope. i have been downstream for way too long alr! :(

anyway its final sem of sch alr. sad :( school is way more fun than working life i forsee. gonna make this final sem a very good one. i think i gonna have more fun than studying :) okay and fyp is a bitch. i am gonna try to attend all bowling trainings also, cause i wont have time for bowling once i stop schooling :(

so here goes the mbs post. like finally right after 2 weeks. no more backdated posts i hope!

surprised to receive bestie's call and invited me to go up to the skypark at mbs cause his parents booked a night's stay there so i went there for a few hours before check out. the view was fantastic and i mean real view of the whole singapore. alot of ang mohs and tourists there only. the pool was damn cold though. so perhaps thats why i got sick after that. hah.

but nevertheless, it was a fun experience. enjoy the pictures.

KL Part 2 :)

here goes part 2.

part 2 starts off with new year's day! decided to head out to midvalley. we took public transport there! proud of ourselves! normally when i go with my family, we would simply hail a cab. BUT the train service really bad. it comes once every half an hour and ppl practically push their way in. so too bad gotta miss one train and wait like 3o mins for the next one. so its one hr of waiting :( midvalley now has the gardens mall beside it which makes that place in bangsar even more daunting to complete walking with my feet sore from the previous days of shopping alr. nice place to walk around and with the weekend, more ecs to check out.

BUT dinner was super awesome! tried out the taiwan restaurant roomie's gf recommended. it's called fong lye taiwan restaurant located 3F at Gardens. the food was great. the pudding milk tea was nice. taken a liking for pudding nai cha recently.

so now on to the last day of KL. last day bestie was sick. but was good of him to accompany me out to shop in the morning w/o complaining. afternoon went back to hotel to rest and i ventured out on my own cause i still wanted to shop!!! yup shopping alone can be quite fun too! and i ate dinner at the exec lounge by myself like many ang mohs do :) time to pamper myself and some time to myself :)

so that marks the end of my KL trip! overall it was really good. i got almost what i wanted to shop for, got presents for dad but not the rest :( it was the first time for me to venture out of sg myself :) coincidentally for bestie too. and not forgetting my attempt to use malay to communicate and me only understanding a few words. but it feels good to be able to speak in malay though. makes me feel like a citizen there!

go back to KL again? probably yes. i feel so good shopping in KL. due to the exchange rate :)

KL Trip Part 1

Okay this post should have been up earlier, but i was damn sick for 3 days :( cough, running nose whatever u name it, i have it :(

So here goes the KL post. Lots of pics i promise and less words :)

So it started on 30 Dec and I had to drag myself to the airport at 5.30am. luckily dad sent me and bestie! flying is really short. feels as if the plane barely took off and it landed soon. oh and did i mention, first trip by myself :)

after reaching there, bestie's grandmother and auntie was still there, so we went up for breakfast, and not long later, we went for buffet lunch. felt like a vip :) after that went up for some rest before venturing out the bukit bintang area to walk walk. the area has changed quite alot since the last time i went there. theres Pavilion and Fahrenheit 88 now. and we settled our dinner with bak kut teh.

i think i ate too much on the first day, and i had problem sleeping the whole night cause my stomach felt too bloated. and the thing about KL is they love setting up stages and testing the music at timings like 3am. LOL

Okay thats end of day 1. day 2 was new year's eve already. awesomee!

morning had breakfast at executive lounge! small spread, but good enough. at least its exclusive and cosy :) went out to klcc after that. the thing about going with friends is i get to check out all the designer shops even though i have no intention to buy. if i were to go with my parents, we will nv walk in. at least i get a feel of what is designer brands right :)

and we are quite efficient shoppers cause we dont walk into girl's shop/girl's floor so quite fast. we had light snacks at exec lounge after dinner. after that went back to hotel to get ready for new year countdown. decided not to go out onto the streets caused bestie said he saw many pickpockets on x'mas eve. besides my room i can see the countdown party at pavilion and the twin tower :) and believe it or not the music was so loud i was practically like clubbing in my room to lady gaga which is their theme :)

Okay I know I am abit lag, but still Happy 2011 everyone.

My schedule was super packed right up till yesterday since I came back from KL trip with bestie on monday. Wed was marina bay sands with bestie and minds cafe with the church peeps in the evening. and yesterday was ABC bbq at chevrons.

I'll update on my KL trip and marina bay sands with pictures like really soon i hope. I am super busy trying to juggle with FYP and all my other social obligations with my different group of friends and of course some time to pamper myself. last 2 weeks of holiday before the final sem starts! boo :(

helloooooooo everyoneeeee! merry christmas!! though i am like 3 days late but there are 12 days of christmas!

i have been super tied up almost every day ever since my exams ended last monday! tuesday was meetup with the jc peeps! great dinner and catchup session! thursday was marina barrage with my sec sch friends. believe it or not, was my first time to barrage. somehow reminded me of how adm in my school looks like. the winding green patch up! monopoly dealed most of the time and catching up. and i was pretty surprised that there were so much food prepared as well :) chilled at starbucks later! i love sitting at starbucks for reasons other than doing projects :)

and tada soon it was christmas! christmas this year seemed to come faster than usual. probably because of the exams. christmas dinner with my family. awesome turkey and pork ribs + many salads + the awesome logcakes. i had 2 this year. some pictures of the food!

boxing day was spent at 2 church services. morning was spent at chc. went bedok point for lunch after that. its a new shopping centre near bedok mrt. but i must say other than food, the place seriously is quite a failure.

after that went hogc. met alot of nbs peeps there. musical was nice! after that went to yiting's friend's house for christmas gathering. actually wanted not to go, but was glad i went. but it was fun. i love going church during christmas! somehow theres more christmas spirit. like singing and all :)

weeeeee one last paper to go! it is bf214! i prefer doing bnf modules anytime as compared to other mods. astro studying was a killer. those qns from qn bank i did it correctly but alot i nv see before. hope i will get the S man. yest mod was fine as well. should pass it as well.

oh well 2 exams over and both are s/u so not much pressure/stress except astro studying coz i didnt understand anything. anyway after astro, i know why i am in nbs and not in any other school. i totally cant do physics/chem. my brain is totally retaliating against these subjects :)

just 4 more days of studying and yeehaaa its holidays and Christmas :)

i just realised that last year on this date, i was happily strolling down the streets of osaka! and 365 days later, i am having exams! BIG SIGH! i know i blogged about this before, but i do miss japan when i see photos uploaded on fb by friends or friends of friends who went there!

and that means no more family holidays cause i forsee i wont have so much leave once i start working :( luckily i am going on a short getaway with bestie after exams! :)

exams are hitting in 3 days :0 okay not that big deal actually. the main exam is on 20th dec. the first 2 are s/u mods. but its awful sadness to be mugging when ppl in smu/nus and other schools are busy slacking, and when u have holidays in jan they start sch! awesome NTU like seriously for wanting to let out the premises for YOG!

tmr is probably the last super formal presentation that I have to make in my 3 years in nbs. hopefully, I will be able to do it well. usually get rather jittery before presentations and sometimes during as well. recently no such problems anymore. hopefully tmr will be okay! wanna do it well for the one and only time!

now i am super inspired to bowl after singapore won gold in the women's bowling trios! :D my enthusiasm for bowling sort of died down a little after not performing well in recent months.

hopefully this inspiration will stay till after exams! and why do they always show nonsensical games on tv like china play china in table tennis and not show bowling?!

anyway i have s/u-ed my cultural mod and astro. tough decision on astro. but i counted that it is impossible to get first class anymore. so i shall just s/u my astro and i can study for my one and only paper which is counted at a relaxed pace. i have 17 days from the time sch ends to study for one paper of course including the 2 s/u mods.

staying in hall on a public holiday to finish up my endless number of projects is really fml ttm. woke up in the morning to go city hall for a project meeting, and now back to complete the rest of the stuff. :( luckily for java chip frap which brighten my day a little.

ooh and i won a $30 aircon card at exam supper yest playing bingo. why didnt they have 2 of that hard disk thingy! the aircon card pales in comparison to the 320gb hard disk right! aww!

i cant wait for 3 dec seriously! please come please come! then i can dump my 214 and 311 stuff aside!!!

hellooooo people! been missing for so many days! miss me? hahaha. many reasons explaining me being mia! of course being lazy is the primary reason and the piling sch work. and recently the internet is being a bitch as well.

life has been pretty boring. but thank god for the bowling peeps. enjoy their company with the weekly dinners, sometimes more than once a week!

erm 2 weeks ago celebrated aloy's birthday. damn lag ikr! went to his hall to surprise him, went for supper and later drinking games will 4am+! heh I suck at drinking games, or rather just down on luck. cause I keep getting the last king in circle of death and I had to drink those awesomely disgusting concoctions! most disgusting was the one with the roller coaster inside. yucks! damn salty! 5-10 was not that bad!

one thing that is becoming increasingly sad is that I am slowly but surely drifting away from my hall. in fact this whole sem, the number of dinners I had with them is not even as many as I had with the bowling peeps! and recently I heard things about me which is not that nice. oh well. cant really be bothered anymore.

this week is really one hell week. astro and negotiation test. astro really suck big time. cant remember who tell me it is easy. it is just a test of memory luh! and I hate it so much. like seriously.

at least I will be more free this weekend. next week will be rather chiilax as well. BUT the next 2 weeks after that are filled with all kinds of deadlines. thereafter are exams! I really dread the upcoming weeks :( pls pray for me I will get thru the weeks!

heyy everyone! recess is over and its just less than 2 months to exams and my favourite christmas! AWESOME!

recess has been rather uneventful, just purely catching up on sleep and doing my 311 assignment. with the exception of friday which was bowling outing day.

planned for sentosa but our wonderful neighbours love burning trees so we had to change plans. went settlers for the whole afternoon instead. awesome fun playing board games. i love the purple monster looking thing in taboo.

and after that we went marble slab. and 3 guys shared ONE FREAKING QUART! OMG and i had to finish alot of it. ARGH!

after that went derek's house to eat and drink. and i sucked at playing games and i ended up drinking damn alot. they should have stuck to zhong ji mi ma! okay and i got a damn serious headache and i couldnt sleep till 4am even though i kept falling asleep at derek's house! i honestly cant wait for friday to be done with the stupid group presentation for 214, cause i have issues with some of my groupmates. pls pls faster come. and just as i thought i will start going for training, i realised i got a competition on sat morn! arghh!

anyway, great thing that bowling dinners at least are quite common. feel myself really distancing from my hall. glad to have the bowling ppl :D

hellooo!! I am back from being mia!! so why mia so long? well its the usual school stuff, competitions and mostly importantly LAZINESS!

school was actually quite slack over the past few weeks, cause I nvr go lectures. I know I vowed to go for lectures, but I went for astro for one hour and slept for one hour. how to make it like that. so boring I shouldnt have taken it like seriously. 311 and 214 are also taking up alot of my time since there are no exams, so theres the price to pay right? (:

and over the past week, I took part in THREE competitions. poems ended on last friday, submitted cfa report on sunday and oxyor trading on monday. and theres citi fx coming up end oct.

ohhh and I must say this. I am so happy cause I won the poems thing!! :D like super :D cause i put in alot of effort this time round. cfa still waiting for results. hope we make it to finals!! and oxyor was total disaster! LOL i was pretty lost during the competition, but i got SECOND for client management, but its no use lah, no prize for that cause its only one of the three components, and i cui-ed the other 2. so too bad!

also there was dnd! my last dnd in hall 12 :( sometimes i wish i could stay longer, but have to move on one right? well i attempt to brighten up this dull space with ONE photo. effort okay considering my laziness. the rest are as usual on fb, but i am not gonna transport it here. go look yourself :D

hellooo everyone. it has been a pretty bad week for me, especially today :(

actually its more of a bad day then a bad week. bad week is only for the poems stock challenge. didnt really achieve what i wanted to for the week, but i'm pretty optimistic for now still.

oh well today i bowled union bowl. i got third, but i am honestly disappointed and upset. not due to the fact that i got third, but seriously its because my average has been lingering around the 170 plus minus range for a very long time, sometimes dropping way below that. honestly i dunno whats wrong. guess i could blame myself for not attending trainings regularly? but its really damn far to travel from pasir ris to bukit batok for 2 hrs of training you know!

and the next thing concerns a certain individual. i shall not name this individual. just this afternoon u confirmed with me yes you will join and later in the night u just sent a sms with a sorry i cant commit and join anymore. seriously wtf man. i wanted to send you a damn fking sacarstic reply back, but being me, i decided not to be too nasty as i value friendship.

seriously how am i gonna find one more person at so last min to join the comp with us :(

things have not been going really well since school started this month. i have been skipping lectures like anything. i have not attended a single astro lecture. i went to elective lecture and ended up chatting for 2 hrs. i have no mood for school. i procrastinate on job applications. really fml. i should just find somewhere to hide myself in like seriously. or rather i need some spiritual help. i may appear like a happy go lucky person, very jovial in front of my friends, but deep inside i am having an emotional mess! :(

hello hello everyonee!! here to update on my awesome life i am having at the moment. and this is at the expense of thinking of my 3 mins speech for tmrs comm fund class. actually my current speech is 2 mins, thinking if should extend, but with the ah and erms tmr i tink shud be more than 2 mins.

last week was jash and hall bash! for jash drinks were awesome and for hall bash dancing was awesome! actually the music at jash was awesome, but its so damn packed, and can hardly move around and with some ppl who wants to fight so i got out of there pretty early.

hall bash on thurs was better! the pageant segment was okay i guess. venue too big people not high. i tink nbs one is better cause smaller space people more close to the stage. after-party was awesomess! see the title, that sums up the entire night! woohoo!! oh and we went into dragonfly also. hahaha damn funny. inside like getai performance. hahaha

anyway, i am gonna take a break from clubbing for at least one sem! feeling old, lack of energy to club too often. i SHALL try to focus on my studies like soon, have totally neglected it since school started, deceiving myself theres still alot of time. tata for now (:

hellooo, first week of school went by and there was lots to do, not in terms of school, but hall moving.

moved into hall on sunday, but the room-mate was like someone i dont want to live with and he sort of like dun want to let me squat. to hell with him. luckily managed to shift room on thursday. hopefully, can everythings more or less settled.

ohh and my only class of the week, on thursday was strategic management. no exams for this mod! prof was awesome. was the one i wanted for my fyp prof, but we were a tad too late. my timetable is more or less settled, but hopefully i can get one more mod. coz this sem too slack. 2 with no exams and 2 s/u means nothing to study!! but next sem will be jialat. damn!

went for nbs bash yest. AWESOMENESS. get to see eyecandy!! (: so so happy (:

but the music was totally terrible ttm at zouk. damn la. was some trance or sth. didnt get high or anything. next week 2 more times of clubbing. jash and hall bash! hopefully will be better!!

woohoo! foc has ended! one whole year of hard work has finally paid off when we finally see all the freshies being so happy at the end of the 5 days and cheering like crazy!

as for me, this would be my last contribution to the foc committee after being in it for 2 years straight. its time to step down and let the new blood take over! and i am super delighted that this committee was the best i have ever worked with, each and everyone of you all. in fact, i have started to miss foc already.

foc was rather fun for me though didnt really get to bond with any og really well. only popped by kriffin and raven occasionally. i love kriffin though, really close knitted family! and not to mention some pretty girls in there! HAHA!

tuesday was farewell dinner for my colleague at mof. desserts there are awesome! nicee! food is just so so. they have alot of things but i cant really recommend any nice food. desserts are more worth a look i think.

wed was senior's camp! fun fun fun! and my virgin trip to pulau ubin also! i shall not reveal more about the activities just in case some freshies come stalk my blog! HAHAHA!

anyway, i bought myself a new bowling ball like finally after so manyyy years of not getting one! and it shares the same day as singapore. LOL. i got one for dry lanes! cause i can nv function with my current ball on dry lanes properly! cant wait to try it out tmr, that is the lanes are dry?

haha cant wait for FOC next week! cant wait to see the freshies, cant wait to have fun!! and of course theres league tmr! must bring my average up to qualify for masters!!

supposedly, i was to finish up my internship report due on friday, but after a long attempt, i only managed to write 600 plus words, when the word limit is 2000. so surely i cant just leave as it is right? but nvm i am sure i will think of something somehow.

monday was benson's farewell dinner. we went to holland v xlb. realised that holland v is just a short walk from buona vista mrt. i always thought that it was very complicated thing to go there. dinner was awesome with great company. i only managed to eat 23 xlb. aww didnt set a new record. the peeps ordered too much steamboat stuff.

anyway, someone said that monday was around 2 years since we first met each other. true enough. didnt realise it till then. it was 2 years ago that we first met in hall, and they were the first bunch of people i met in university. honestly, hall and uni life would nv been so fun without my og ppl. so obvious in year 2 when some of them didnt get hall, hall began to get boring.

since i stopped work, i have just been slacking my life away. frankly speaking, i do miss work. its such a joke, when i was working i hoped work ends, and when i dont work, i hope i have work. i miss the colleagues, the awesome food in the area and of course the eyecandies. lol. if i had accounting work to do i would definitely have extended, because i hate compilation like anything, i chose not to work anymore.

anyway i cant wait for tmr's league. *excited*

yipeee my work has come to an end and holidays are officially here! just one month left to enjoy some personal time to myself. extended my internship by one week and boss paid pretty good pay and bonus! i was really looking forward to friday to end work, but at the end of friday, it was mixed feelings instead. not that easy to leave the job i guess. after all, i spent 11 weeks there and was pretty happy working there!

backtracking a little, thursday was first time bowling collegiate league - with travis, derek and elis. i guess i did okay on the super dry lanes, but i still lost out in every game. cause my avg went up and i had to compete with the 3rd bowler instead of the 2nd :( oh well i am still looking forward to this coming thursday's league.

rather packed week coming up. monday is xlb spamming, wed got the dumb ipt and thurs is league! yay yay! and i wanna go club soon. anyone wanna go? (:

yesterday marks the last official day of my internship!! YAY!

BUT i extended for one more week! at least its not internship pay that i will be getting next week. so its more motivating to work.

after 10 weeks, i think i became more interested in accounting but definitely not compiling those unaudited financial reports. is it possible to do accounts with a bnf degree? my workplace is nice, colleagues are generally nice people!

after work yest, all the interns went to bugis to eat steamboat. so long nvr had steamboat outside. i could vividly remember the last time outside was at marina that side when it was still open, which is uber long ago.

so we got invited to our company's annual dinner at tanah merah country club. was dinner and karaoke session together. the place and food was nice, though its quite ulu and inaccessible. the service level not that good i feel. and we uncovered a star. didnt know wee meng can sing all the chinese songs. must be go k very often.

I am finally back to blog. delayed posting for super long. idk why. probably because i just keep watching world cup. so lets see what i can remember.

last weekend was super packed to the max. training and al's 21st. sat i went training like after so many months? training was rather fruitful i guess. since i got my aiming back on track. finally i can aim again. damn what i was doing last time. hope i will remember how to aim next time. after training was all about running about to help al settle his birthday stuff.

helloooo!! i am back as promised to update on my awesome weekend last weekend! was too lazy to do it on weekdays, so only now then shall update.

last saturday went chinatown to sing k with my jc friends. so so long since i last saw some of them. esp the shang qi ah dunno disappear go where after jc. didnt sing alot but i dunno for some reason i got like sore throat the night i went back.

and the guy working there always hangs his head down, he seems to have low self esteem or something. lol

sunday was birthday celebrations for sq and pt. went to sentosa!! first we went there just nua around on the beach, play water, bury sq in the sand. after that we went cafe del mar. the music there is terrible i think. anyway thanks sq for the treat. suntanning also sort of failed as the sun was like in and out kind.

after that went to play luge. it was damn exciting man! maybe those who are damn stressed should go take a ride. you will feel damn good after that.

after that we were off to universal studios. since its only 2 bucks to go in and walk around for 2 hours, why not right?

the end of the week was the more happening part of the week. met up with best friend to go eat xlb just because i had the craving. all because of roomie go back malaysia no time go with me! benji says the next time we meet will be at zouk! hahaha i like!!

today was ex-foc main comm treat. went to tony romas! awesome stuff they serve there. had the ribs and steak combo, a soup of the day, some parts of the onion loaf, garlic bread, a mocktail which i cant rmbr the name and 2 cokes. *burp* super full and super nice!! never ate there before, would definitely recommend going there again, though its abit pricey. and we have our next outing planned already. *evil grin* hahaha!! finally i have some social life. haha.

i've decided to update a little today. started internship on monday. so far i have really nice colleagues and luckily got 4 other interns from my school as well. the boss? i shall not comment. i am starting to get warmed up to accounts already. at first i thought it was boring, but when everything is swee swee, you feel a sense of achievement.

i was considering a switch to accountancy at the end of first year, and decided against it. and now i am doing it as internship.

the past 2 days, i was so damn tired cause i was not used to waking at 6 plus in the morning, and the stupid morning rush is so irritating. the train is super hot. bla bla bla. the complaints go on and on.

tuesday! what a title i can think of. my brain already start rotting after only a few days. today i woke up early so that i could take the car so i can send brother to airport. he is off to taiwan for holiday with his friends. hope he buys nice stuff for me. then after that i went bowling at tampines safra.

i thought i would give the alley at ehub a miss coz i dun particularly like the lanes there, but safra tamp lanes even more worse la. maybe they just open and the oil is super gao then cant hook. today is like how many months since i last touch my ball. and safra tamp alley is like filled with all the ite ppl, since their sch is just outside.

then after that i drove all the way back to school just to return the hall key coz the hall office was closed yesterday. and i went to fetch dad again in the evening. so i am like super tired coz i am lacking of sleep. off to bed soon.

i am officially twenty three. gee i am getting old. a BIG THANK YOU to all my friends who wished me. there were like 50+ wishes on fb and a number of smses. i am so overwhelmed. :D thank you thank you. and limian send me the air flown card from aust and roomie called me at 11.55 something to be the last person to wish me. haha. and not forgetting my parents who give the the angpao!! had chilli crab for dinner. damn shiok pls.

i am officially out of hall as well. spent sunday afternoon packing up and throwing away all the accumulated junk over the past year. and shifted everything back home today. breathed in dunno how much dust particles. the amount of dust is incredible. i realised i have lotsa pictures in my cam, which i will upload soon. its been a while since i decorated this page with some pictures.

done with 2 papers today. portfolio management and research methods. portfolio paper was seriously easy maybe except one question which i got wrong. i left in 1.5 hours. i am now thinking whether if i stayed on i will think of the correct answer , but i doubt so. i was confident my ans was correct but no its not.

complacency? overconfidence? dumb? or just dunno? i think is just dunno, okay self consolation. people might be thinking wtf just one qn wrong only what, i think it makes a big diff :(

finally i got my internship company today after some intense moments of clicking. i felt rather disappointed and upset for quite a while as i didnt get my first choice company and also i had to give up my self-source companies. so i am going to work in some audit company. on the bright side, at least i got somewhere in town which is more central and easily accessible. some of my friends got some really sucky locations. at least i have settled my pa for now and wee meng is working same place as me!!

i have neglected my blog for a long time, reason being i am too busy. i decided to update a little now while watching tv. yes watching tv when i say i am super busy.

today was french oral, and we had to do a role play. it was good. last 324 quiz today, was okay as well i guess. after tonight when i am done tidying up our group report, i will be released of the burden of the most horrid 213 as well. yes remember this horrid is the word. so now i am only left with 326 quiz on friday. and friday will officially mark the end of my year 2 of lessons.

and next week will be exams. 17 days to freedom and 19 to something more special. i will most prob neglect this blog of mine till freedom day, maybe just some occasional ranting every now and then.

Just came back from hall appreciation dinner at bottletree park. nice food. yummy!! i was super full and i have just started to feel less bloated since i came back ard 11. I didnt know bottletrees really exist or maybe the trunk is fake!

Oh and i just completed my last presentation for year 2! it was rather good i felt. hope the grades will be good as well.

helloo ppl! how was your easter weekend? me being a rabbit, so i am easter bunny!! haha

for me, i went church on good friday! only 2 times of the year i will go church is easter and christmas! the drama was nice! other than church, my easter weekend was just the same old crap as any other day - which is doing projects and school work with a slightly bigger space for a breather, though i am just trying to take things easy.

and i have already s/u-ed my french. the quiz on thurs was ultimate disaster. i dont even understand the question, how to do? i could only guess that what i wrote was what the question was asking. grrr!!

the misery will be over in just 24 days! or rather i would look forward to 16 apr first! i just feel for the 2nd time studying for exams are way better than projects, the last time i felt it was last sem around the time before exams with projs still overwhelmingly taking up all my time!

i was really curious why april fool's is called april fool's, so i went to google it.

so here it goes

The closest point in time that can be identified as the beginning of this tradition was in 1582, in France. Prior to that year, the new year was celebrated for eight days, beginning on March 25. The celebration culminated on April 1. With the reform of the calendar under Charles IX, the Gregorian Calendar was introduced, and New Year's Day was moved to January 1.

bonjour! ça va? hahaha some french for you! cause i having big problem remembering all the french words for the quiz!! male/female for all words. and some words have so many forms. grrr kill me pls!

so the week started off with the portfolio quiz which was good. not gonna get my full marks but i think shud be close. lesson learnt: dont itchy fingers last minute go change answer.

last night i slept at 3.30am. new record timing. because i had sudden motivation to work on my report, so i had to do it while that motivation lasts. so in the end i managed to complete what i set out to do. now we have to wait for the man with the analysis results and we can complete our report!

tonight gonna be sleeping at 5.30am? bayern playing man utd. hope the hall internet allows me to stream! still 2 hours to the match!

bad period of time

the doom looms near as each passing day passes, that could be the reason for the lack of updates on this blog. anyway i shall be updating less these coming weeks till the big and long word that starts with E ends just before my birthday!!

past week was just filled with rushing to meet deadlines and trying to mug and cram things in while there is still some time.

i think everyone must be bored with me mentioning how much i hate my research module and i still do hate it. darn it! luckily we were given time extension today for another one week, otherwise i probably wont have time to even type this post now.

after 1.5 yrs in school, this is the first time where i really feel the sch system is really bad. i have practically no time to study for exams and i have 2 papers on my first day of exams. maybe last time is equally bad but as humans always tend to forget the bad, i probably am one of them too.

okay enough of all this crapping. i have a quiz tmr and french quiz on thurs for this week followed by the research crap and another quiz on the last fri before exams. i think i seriously need some divine help to help me get through this period of time. i have never felt this way before. could this be a bad omen? oh well only time will tell!

yesterday was ies bowl. the event which i was looking forward to the whole of last week. we got 2nd. i felt damn guilty because we could have gotten 1st, but i bowled badly and ended up with 2nd.

recently, i have been out of form, or rather i take a damn long time to get warmed up or find my line. like yesterday only the last game last frame i found the magic. darn. and last sat i took 3 games as well almost similar to this week. i will get this settled after the exams. I will be back (:

and so i finally made my choices for phase 2 for pa selection. *prays hard* i will get something in phase 2 otherwise it will be disastrous.

i just realise alot of graded stuff next next week which is april fool's week. lets see, portfolio quiz on monday, 213 presentation on tues and french quiz on thurs. i better spend the upcoming week in preparation of the monster coming!! what a life!

oh boy i am down with the flu bug since sunday. damn i really hate flu. i cant study cant sleep properly. stupid flu i hate you. and when i made my mind up to see the doctor, the flu seemed to get better but apparently not.

roomie just told me yesterday 37 DAYS TO EXAMS!! reality check man!! seems so sudden. so i finally moved my lazy ass and started ONLY 1 pathetic chapter of my ab213 textbook which is just the damn intro chapter which i doubt will even be tested in exams. is that studying smart or dumb? lol

oh well, even though i am sick now, i am still super looking forward to saturday. and my 3x $25 brewerkz vouchers have arrived. anyone wants to go? (:

bowling alley is like my 2nd home!

just got back not too long ago from bowling. spent my whole saturday at the bowling alley today. bowling from 10am to about 7pm.

did i would say rather badly in the doubles event, but i was glad i did not let myself down and managed to make a comeback in the quartet event to pull up my all event average. simplicity is the best, but i just made things too complicated during many occasions today which resulted in the nonsense results in the first half.

anyway first time bowling in inter-varsity and i totally love the environment. became super motivated after lunch and we were like cheering for each other and stuff. IES bowl next week. UPSSS!!! (:

okay so today was the next fund manager finals for our school and its my first time in such a finals. i would say it didnt go as expected and i am pretty sure that we would not proceed on to the grand finals :(

was pretty excited before the presentation, but was rather upset/disappointed with the results after that though i didnt really seem to show it.

looking at the cat in hall would usually cheer me up a fair bit, but today when i looked at it i actually felt sad for the cat cause when everyone has gone home and it was just left wandering around and it looked sad sitting outside the pantry alone. sad

poke pokey poker! i am so addicted to texas hold'em on fb. i have been on a roll in fb poker and in real life too! won some cash at reg's birthday party playing poker with the bowlers.

oh well, recess was over in a blink with nothing much constructive done. except studying for my portfolio quiz, which is the only mod this sem i have been rather consistent in terms of revision. quiz today was not bad. stupid careless mistake though.

ohh and i got back my french quiz. was bad i tink, not what i expected. total bunch of careless mistakes. maybe i shud s/u it? dunno still thinking. i am abt 50% sure i am gonna s/u it already.

how i wish i could clone myself and appear at 2 different places at the same time. like this sat, I have ntu invitationals as well as open house duty at the same time. so tell me how like that. and next sat, theres ies bowl and potentially the grand finals for tnfm if we go through. so cloning is the best option right?

and lastly, i gonna make a promise to myself which i hope i can stick to it at least till 29 april. i am so gonna start studying and stop going out to social events that often and stop playing and playing my life away. its just lets see slightly less than 2 mths to go only. (:

i am left with one pathetic day of my one week of recess break. and i totally didnt meet any of my objectives set out for this recess. which is to revise all my 7 weeks of accumulated work. RAHHH!! :(

monday was busy touching up research report for 213, and tues was occupied by bowling and fyp prof meeting. oh and the fyp prof reject my grp. :(

and wed was total slacking at home with little attempt to read my text book. and today i went to crash my friend's lecture at sim. lol fun!! (:

and and tmr i will be going out and sat will be reg's birthday party. and when i have things on in the evening, the day will be pretty much wasted as well.

some sad news - i am fyp-less and internship-less. i seriously dunno how they select people for the internship. darn. hope phase 2 has some nice companies that i really want. phase 1 was real crap.

and happy news - i got into finals for the next fund manager competition (: and its all thanks to eric who helped our group pull thru by not giving up. finals on friday. excited but i know my nervousness in presentation will slowly eat its way in. hope it wont be that bad.

so that pretty much sums up most of my recess week. i seriously think i am so screwed this sem. total lack of drive and motivation. everything seems to be happy go lucky kind of attitude. oh well.

the number 1 seems like a good number like first in this first in that etc. but number 1 has been screwing me up real bad in major stuff in my bowling.

i can still vividly remember i was damn upset that i missed the iv team by one position. and guess what, its deja vu. it happened again. this time is some selections for some competition. although it has not yet been confirmed, but i already know i am going to miss out by just that one postion again. teammates have improved, but i am still stuck at my pathetic same average for some time already.

should have tried harder, but its not that easy :(

yipeee finally the research report is done. so much work for 7.2%. the spacing and referencing basically pissed me off for the past few days.

now with report out of the way, i can finally get down to do some of my other stuff, which mainly comprises of studying. what a life.

and the weather recently is super hot. and it just makes me all the more pissy. sometimes hall is good, cause i can just on the aircon anytime i want, whereas at home, if i on it in the afternoon, my ears wont get a rest.

tmr gonna be a super duper busy day. cca in the morning (hope i bowl well), printing and submission of report and meeting with potential fyp prof. luckily daddy is super nice to let me have the car after he goes to work (:

yest went out with roomie and his gf who came all the way from malaysia! i know i am lightbulb, but they say they dont mind. went shokudo to eat. food was not bad. and i found out roomie dont like to eat sour stuff. yay!! roomie beware =P

after dinner rushed over to the airport to see limian off. luckily all the mrt waited for me at the stop. when i got to city hall, train was there and when i reached tanah merah train was there too and at airport skytrain was there! glad i reached in time!! see you again in july, i will be uper duper free then!

so that is basically my day one of recess week. today was just doing projects and of course my 元宵节 dinner with my family (:

today, i finally saw the power of self motivation. dunno what came over me cause for the first time i had the motivation to just keep running during ipt and i clocked my fastest timing in dunno how long. its still a super bad timing, but i improved by 1.5 mins. pretty satisfied.

didnt really have time to do a proper blog entry. i am so glad that this week is more or less over. or at least all the major stuff is over. first was the french quiz, it was okay except the last part of the quiz was like greek to me. and our presentation turned out fine as well. yay for my research group. now we have to rush out the report due on tues :(

i think i am pretty weird. i get motivation to work through emo songs. i dunno why either. now i love bad romance by lady gaga. when i couldnt think of what to crap out for the presentation slides, after listening to the song proved to be instant magic.

next week is recess week, but i doubt it will be really recess. just that i no need to go to school for one week thats all i guess.

Okay back to cny. So this year cny and valentine's day fall on the same day. Good for singletons like me, dont have to see couples carrying flowers everywhere! (:

Cny started with going temple to pay respects to my grandparents as all of them have already left the world. Somehow cny don't seem the same without them. After that, went to my 2 auntie's house. First up was my kochi's house. She is super awesome. She took the trouble to cook us perenakan dinner. yums. I wiped out alot of pineapple tarts and kueh bangkit at her house. Aww i did try to restrain, but too yummy.

Later went to my other aunty's house, but i was already too full to eat other stuff already.

So for me cny visting was only one day. Don't have the habit of going to all my other relatives' houses other than my 2 aunts. Angpao collection this year was not as much as last year, but the longer cny break this year was definitely great!

have been taking part in quite a few competitions in just this week alone. yest was the cashflow finals. not as lucky as the preliminaries so no prize. at least i made it to the finals and i was 3rd to go thru. i thought i heard there were ipods for dunno top 3 of first round but apparently i think i heard wrongly. haiz excited for nothing.

today was funbowl 9 pin tap. got 3rd placing only. a little disappointed. but the biggest joke of the day was i forgot my bowling shoes. have to use the stupid house shoes which cant really slide well. was like walking a bit 'funny' during the practice throws, but its mind over matter.

and now i am like rushing to do touching up of tnfm report due tmr.

next week is like last week of sch before cny. pretty slack except for a quiz on friday. i suspect is a ploy so that we wont skip class on friday. haizzz. cny cny cny. exciting. angpaos coming my way!! (:

hellooo everyoneee!! one piece of happy news to share. i got into the finals for the cashflow 101 competition on friday. yipeeee. i thought i was like going to lose at the start cause i was super damn unlucky. but things turned better later!

okay other than that, the rest of this post is just some of my thoughts after some events that happened just today.

today one of my friend told me this 'if you dont challenge yourself, u will never know how far you will go'. this got me thinking and i realised it is very true. i have only taken part in competitions which i have confidence in or rather some confidence in and never dare to try those of higher standards. yup so now i am gonna put in my all for the fund manager competition, which from the start my confidence was rock bottom. i guess i should be more adventurous from now on.

and today again, i had this nasty flu which cured after i slept my afternoon nap. i always get super grumpy when i have those irky flus cause it irritates the hell out of me. and i guess i transferred some of my irritation to the same friend that told me the thing above. and again i thought about it and i realise that i sometimes take my friends for granted and i feel that i am spoilt. oh well, at least i do come to realise it and what matters is i know it and be more aware of it in future.

seems like a boring post. but i had to let it out, if not i will feel very trapped.

and today reality check again. why does so many things all happen in the same day. i realised that project is due in 2 weeks and we bloody havent got anything concrete out yet. still swimming at the surface. darn it. and time seem to fly so so fast. soon its cny and term break.

well at least the cashflow competition at the end of the day cheered up my otherwise nasty day. i tink i gonna be super moody for most days till at least cny. cant wait man. off for supper later. (:

i have abandoned my readings again, but hey i spent some time over the weekends to complete most of it, just that it keeps adding. so what to do.

oh and i lovee french class. somehow reminds me of my malay class which is always super fun. guess its always fun to learn something which u nvr learn before instead of those rubbishy modules. but its only fun when u learn at elementary level. if u ask me to go into higher level, hahaha different story. just like chinese. now i can hardly speak it also.

my timetable is more or less finalised now. i am glad in a way that 3 of my mods no projects this sem. woohooooo. only one mod has project. hope i will have more time to study this time round. after all is 3 more times of exams left only. yay yay (:

okay the word to complete the title is tireddd. totally dun get it why i am like so tired though i have been sleeping like alot and first week seems quite slack but actually i have attended most of first lessons of my mods this sem alr.

i want to bitch about my another china lecturer. omg yet another china guy. not that i am super prejudiced about them, its just their accent that totally makes all hell break lose. sometimes i dunno if they are speaking chinese or english. goodness me. if the mod wasnt to my interest i would totally click drop.

oh well, enough of china guys. as i have always dreaded having friday classes, it doesnt seem that bad now. cause i have 2 awesome lecturers for my 2 friday classes. my 326 prof is totally awesome. his classes are interactive and fun and to my surprise i paid attention for the whole 3 hours. good job to myself huh!!

so that sums up my first week of school. time to go catch some snooze to re-energize myself for ntu-nus showdown tmr. yay what better way to start the weekend than to bowl. i shall enjoy this weekend and i will try to be a good student next week onwards.

okay so thursday was isg! bowled with aloy and huiyi for team nbs. this was one of the most fun bowling com i bowled cause it was fun and enjoyable. even can play dai dee during bowling. and team nbs won. yay (: after went lunch with the rest of the bowling team at jp. was some lai lai shop. not bad food for cheap price.

friday was ihg boggle. shucks it was a bad showing. shall not talk about it anymore.

yest was much awaited hall 12 beachout day! was in organising comm this time round. was super duper tired after it and i slept for god knows how many hours, but it was definitely worth it! was successful and funnn! felt that our comm worked really well and gelled together like a family. ♥ beachout committee!! Got nothing much to blog today. so countdown to 2010 was spent at home with the only countdown and fireworks on tv. pathetic i know. okay to make up for the pathetic countdown, had chilli crab with daddy yest. nice!

and imma going to eat steamboat later. wheee!

first 10 days of the year and final 10 days of year 10 gonna be super packed. and sister is coming home in a week (:

goodbye 2009

Its new years eve and what am i doing blogging now when all other years i am out. reason being i got no where to go and i REFUSE to go squeeze with everyone just to see fireworks.

so i will just to an update on all the final happenings for the year first.

lets see start from tues night i guess. had 4e1 gathering cum christmas party. was totally fun and havoc. didnt see most of them some since graduation, some since jc days. so of course it was great meeting everyone again. food was good. cranium was good and everything as good for the night.

after that phone dropped when i go home. but i managed to retrieve all my contacts (: but not the msgs and other stuff i guess :(

and after that was results time. results were to me unbelievably shocking in a good way. okay since this is my blog i am allowed to show off abit right. okay i got As and A- for my cores but disappointingly my malay didnt get the A i wanted. so i managed to save my gpa up towards my target but still far off. so definitely one resolution for 2010 is to continue to good work (:

next day i went to buy my crumpler bag which i have procastinated for the longest time. i bought the bigger one and i tot it was barney rustle upsized as well till i checked the name of it when i get home. but i prefer the bigger one and i bought the one that caught my attention since day one i looked at it. the yellow and red one (:

so thats about all the happenings that happened in the final days of 09 i guess.

09 has been mostly been good for me i guess, disastrous things surely have one la but i cant rem it for now. and its also pointless having resolutions since it just brings over to each year when it is undone, which most of the time it is the case right.

its time to savour the last 6 hours of the year and welcome a brand new year! Happy new year everyone (:
